Grade 1 is Ethiopia’s highest coffee classification, reserved for carefully sorted lots with minimal defects and excellent cup quality. This coffee offers a clean, sweet and expressive profile, with bright fruit, floral aromatics and a smooth finish. It works beautifully as espresso, while its sweetness and character remain clear and distinctive in milk-based drinks.

We recommend resting our coffees for at least 10 days up to 2 months  for the best results.
