FAQ

What is the return policy?

Coffee is a natural and seasonal product, so we’re unable to accept returns once coffee has been dispatched. For the best experience, we recommend allowing your coffee to rest for around 2 weeks to 3 months after roast date, depending on the coffee and brewing style.

If there is an issue with your order or you need any brewing support, please feel free to contact us at rosting@calico.coffee or DM us on Instagram at @calico_coffee_uk

How long can I keep my coffee?

We recommend resting the coffee for at least 2 weeks after roasting for the best result. Our coffees can be enjoyed for up to 3 months from the roast date. All available items will be shipped with the most recent roast date.

When will I get my order?

We are a micro roastery and roast coffee weekly. Orders are shipped every Thursday. Orders placed on Thursday will be shipped the following week.

Please note that we will be relocating our roastery from 1 June to 15 June. During this period, all available items will be shipped with the freshest possible roast date.

Which beans did I have in the shop?

Most of our coffees are single origin, carefully designed from hopper to cup. To bring out the best flavour, our baristas also use different recipes and beans for black and milk coffee.

If you’d like to know what you had in the shop, please message us on Instagram with the date of your visit and what you ordered, and we’ll help you find the closest match.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

For orders placed outside of the UK, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.
